VIDEO: Powerful Explosion in Taiwan
A powerful explosion has erupted at an oil refinery in Taiwan.
Following the explosion, multiple fires broke out at the facility. Despite the scale of the emergency, no injuries have been reported. At the time of the explosion, there were almost no people present in the plant.
