Court Rejects Request to Change Davit Tonoyan's Pre-trial Restraint
The Court of Appeals of Armenia has rejected the request to change the pre-trial restraint of former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan.
It is recalled that Davit Tonoyan, who is involved in the "missile case," continues to remain in custody. The Anti-Corruption Court denied the motion to release Tonoyan on bail.
As a result, this decision was appealed to the Court of Appeals of Armenia. The justification remains the same: the former minister could influence individuals involved in the case. The defense team of Davit Tonoyan considers this argument to be unfounded.
