The statement spread by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense alleging that Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions on October 21 is yet another piece of disinformation. As of 10:40 AM, the situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border remains relatively stable. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
