Video: Let's Tear Up This and Other Documents That Abandon Artsakh - Gegham Manukyan
According to the Western plan for the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement, Artsakh remains part of Azerbaijan, and Baku appoints a representative to "discuss" relations with the ethnic Armenians of Artsakh. This was announced in parliament by Gegham Manukyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" bloc, who brought with him the document proposed by the West and tore it at the podium.
