“The work is being carried out and requires assessments of design, construction, and marketing. Relevant agencies are fulfilling the instructions of the presidents, and the process is under the supervision of the leaders of both countries,” the source told the news agency.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia could transfer gas transit from the Nord Stream to the Black Sea region and Turkey. The Russian president discussed this idea with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. They have instructed for the issue to be developed in detail and swiftly.
