Yesterday, I was hosted at the Élysée Palace by dear Brigitte Macron. This was noted in a post by Anna Hakobyan, the wife of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. "I presented Mrs. Macron with how much Yerevan has changed since October 2018, when the Macrons enjoyed the warm hospitality of our city. I mentioned that one can only imagine how much Armenia would have developed in these four years if it weren't for the treacherous war of 2020. In that case, Europe would already have a strong, democratic, free, and powerful partner in the region, represented by Armenia. But this is a difficult journey that Armenia and the Armenian people are determined to undertake, and we are grateful to all friendly countries that will stand by us during this period."
