Judge Arusyak Aleksanyan's Assistant Detained

The court has also detained Judge Arusyak Aleksanyan's assistant. This information was shared by the judge's lawyer, Yerem Sargsyan, on his Facebook page.

“Of course, in the past, they never reached this level, there were unwritten restrictions regarding girls, women, cases of two people from the same household, and so on. More importantly, there is absolutely no basis for detaining the judge's assistant. However, it is evident that they wish to obtain desired testimony through this pressure and release her to salvage the deteriorating criminal case,” the lawyer wrote.

As a reminder, attorney Erik Aleksanyan has also been detained in the case concerning the suspended judge Arusyak Aleksanyan.
