VIDEO: Death Toll from Airplane Crash in Yeisk Rises to 13
The death toll from the crash of a Su-34 military aircraft in a residential area of Yeisk has reached 13, according to emergency services.
As reported by Vzglyad, 68 people have been rescued. According to reports from the pilots, the crash was caused by an engine fire during takeoff.
The accident occurred while the plane was ascending for a training flight from a military airfield of the Southern Military District.
The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the airplane crash in Yeisk.
