Ukrainian media, authorities, and eyewitnesses are reporting explosions in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk. Train services on all metro lines in Kyiv have been suspended, and metro stations are operating as shelters. In Kyiv, remote learning has been halted, and schools in the western part of Ukraine are transitioning to remote education.
