Local Government Elections in Artsakh: Data as of 11 AM

Today, emergency local government elections are being held in the Artsakh Republic in the communities of Tsmakahogh (community leader), Vank, Nor Ghazanchi, and Mokhratagh in the Martakert region, as well as in the Kherkhan community in the Martuni region (for council members).

The Territorial Electoral Commissions of Martakert and Martuni report that all five polling stations opened at 8:00 AM and voting has commenced. According to police data, there are 1,673 voters registered in the electoral lists for the local government elections.

As of 11:00 AM, 206 voters have participated, representing 12.31 percent of the electorate. This information was provided by the Central Electoral Commission of Artsakh.

Breakdown by polling stations shows that in the Tsmakahogh community of the Martakert region, out of 168 voters, 49 participated, which is 29.17 percent. In Mokhratagh, 62 out of 264 voters participated (23.48 percent); in Nor Ghazanchi, 9 out of 123 (7.32 percent); in Vank, 79 out of 1,032 (7.66 percent); and in Kherkhan of the Martuni region, 7 out of 86 (8.14 percent).
