Aliyev: 'We will not discuss how to improve the lives of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh'
Despite the suffering of our people, Baku has offered peace to Yerevan. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The information is reported by Azerbaijani media.
According to him, the international community has turned a blind eye to the humanitarian disaster faced by the Azerbaijani population. 'The Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh are our citizens, and we will not discuss with any international center how to improve their lives,' said the Azerbaijani autocrat.
Aliyev also commented on the OSCE Minsk Group, stating that the only thing the group has done is somewhat legitimize Armenia's aggression. He added that they are mobilizing all forces to ensure that former displaced persons return to their homes as soon as possible.
It is worth recalling that on September 13 at 00:05, Azerbaijani Armed Forces began intense fire on Armenian positions in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk using artillery and heavy caliber firearms. The enemy also employed drones.
