The Ferris Wheel Installed in Victory Park Was Constructed Illegally, Says Mayor

During today’s working consultation at the Yerevan City Hall, Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan inquired whether the relevant department is aware that an illegal "Чертaвo колесо" has been constructed in Victory Park.

Artak Hovakimyan, the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, noted that they are aware of it; it was constructed earlier, before June. “The police should also respond, as a letter has been received,” he said.

The mayor instructed that a report regarding this matter should be prepared by the next operational meeting.
