Azerbaijan Has Failed to Fulfill Obligation to Release 17 Prisoners of War, Security Council Secretary
On September 27, during a meeting at the White House initiated by U.S. President Joe Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, a trilateral agreement was reached that Azerbaijan would release 17 Armenian prisoners of war captured in September by September 30. This was noted by the Secretary of the Armenian Security Council, Armen Grigoryan.
Grigoryan stated, "Let us note that once again Azerbaijan has failed to fulfill its obligations."
It is worth mentioning that just earlier, the Prime Minister also posted on his Twitter account, highlighting that Azerbaijan is refusing for the second time to keep its promise.
