Kadyrov Calls for Use of Low-Power Nuclear Weapons
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has called for the use of low-power nuclear weapons following the withdrawal of troops from Krasny Liman. Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that allied forces had been withdrawn from Krasny Liman to more advantageous lines due to the threat of encirclement.
“I have always said that there is nothing better than a voiced truth, however bitter and offensive it may be, but it is the truth. It is only in this way that we can move forward. Therefore, I cannot remain silent about what happened in Krasny Liman.
This section was defended by Major General Alexander Lapin, the commander of the Central Military District. The same Lapin who received the title of Hero of Russia for capturing Lysychansk, even though he was in fact nowhere near it. The troops of the Western Military District were also placed under Lapin's command.
The major general had mobilized soldiers from the LPR and other units along all lines towards Liman, but did not provide them with the necessary communications, coordination, and supply of ammunition. Just two weeks ago, my beloved brother, Major General Apty Alaudinov of the ‘Akhmat’ special forces unit, personally reported to me that our fighters could easily become easy targets. In turn, I informed Valery Gerasimov, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, about the danger. But the general assured me that he had no doubts about Lapin's command talent and did not believe there could be a retreat in Krasny Liman and its vicinity.
A week later, Lapin relocates his headquarters to Starobelsk, a hundred kilometers away from his subordinates, while he himself sits in Luhansk. How can one operate effectively to manage units while being 150 km away from them? Due to the absence of elementary military logistics, we have today abandoned several settlements and a large area.
It is regrettable not that Lapin is incompetent. But rather that he is protected above by the leaders of the General Staff. If it were up to me, I would demote Lapin to a private, strip him of his awards, and send him to the front line with a weapon in hand to wash away his shame with blood.
Donetsk is still under shelling. Residents of the attached four territories want to feel protected. I don’t know what the Russian Defense Ministry is reporting to the Supreme Commander, but in my personal opinion, we need to take more drastic measures, including declaring a state of war in the border regions and using low-power nuclear weapons. We should not make every decision looking at the Western-American community; it has already said and done a lot against us.
There was a parade in Izyum yesterday, today a flag in Liman, and what tomorrow? Everything would be fine if it were not so bad,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
