Which countries are not ready to recognize the independence of Artsakh, according to the Armenian Prime Minister

If I have an obligation to speak the language of truth with the people, I must state the following: none of those countries is ready to recognize the independence of Artsakh, nor are they ready to recognize Artsakh as part of Armenia. They have perhaps said this in a somewhat circumlocutory way, perhaps a bit diplomatically, and sometimes very directly, and we must confront this fact.

In response to the question of whether Moscow, Brussels, and Washington have their own packages for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan answered in an interview with Public Television.

As for the question of whether they are ready to recognize 'Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan,' Pashinyan stated: 'You know, there have been statements from those countries saying that, essentially, from an international standpoint, Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan; there has been such a public statement.'
