Video: "This is how you come to deceive us" – Armavir Residents Awarded Kerobyan a Medal and Left the Hall

40 thousand tons of grapes are being sold for 2 million dollars, while the government has granted Gagik Tsarukyan a discount of 10 million dollars. This was mentioned during a meeting with Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan on September 28, by grape growers from the Armavir region.

They complained that after cultivating grapes for 8 months, they are now unable to harvest or are being offered prices lower than their production cost.

“We didn’t concede; we lost in court,” said Kerobyan.

One of the villagers responded, “Well, you shouldn’t have lost. Now how are we supposed to win against you?”

After that, the villagers, interrupting each other, voiced their complaints, and amidst the noise, it was hard to hear what was being said. Observing this, Armavir Governor Edward Hovhannisyan left the hall. The villagers then awarded the Minister of Economy a “deceiver's medal” and also exited the venue.
