At the Upper Lars checkpoint, a black minibus marked 'Military Commissariat' has been spotted. Eyewitnesses have shared photos of the vehicle.

Earlier, it was reported that due to the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation on September 21, there are massive queues of vehicles on the Russian side of the border. People have started being allowed to cross the border on foot, despite the fact that this checkpoint is intended for vehicle crossings. Additionally, it has been stated that a mobilization point will soon be established there.
