The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Armenia violated the measures of the International Court of Justice to eliminate racial discrimination when Armenians burned their homes before resettlement. American journalist Lindsey Snell shared this on her Twitter page, along with a video showing Azerbaijani soldiers entering Armenian homes and burning them.

"The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has claimed that Armenia violated the measures of the International Court of Justice against racial discrimination when Armenians burned their homes before resettlement. Azerbaijan, whose soldiers killed prisoners of war and filmed the torture and desecration of Armenian soldiers' bodies, continues to act with impunity. This is what Azerbaijani soldiers left in untouched Armenian homes when they occupied parts of Nagorno-Karabakh," wrote American journalist Lindsey Snell.
