Video: A Wall of the Burned Surmalu Building Has Collapsed, Injuries Reported

A wall of the Surmalu shopping center in Yerevan collapsed due to the wind, resulting in injuries. This was reported by user Samson Grigoryan, who also shared a video showing cars trapped under the rubble.

Auroranews contacted Hayk Kostanyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations, who stated that one of the burned walls of the Surmalu shopping center had indeed collapsed, leading to three injuries—two of whom received medical assistance on-site, while one was hospitalized.

"There are currently no individuals under the rubble, according to preliminary data. Emergency services are working at the scene," Kostanyan said.
