Official Stepanakert's Position Remains Unchanged: David Babayan
A gathering dedicated to the independence of Artsakh was held in the United States Congress, attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, David Babayan, and members of the Congressional Armenian Issues Caucus.
During the event, Foreign Minister David Babayan delivered a speech. He emphasized that Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan, underscoring the existential and genocidal threats faced by the people of Artsakh. Babayan expressed gratitude to the Armenian community in the United States and around the world, as well as all supporters of Artsakh.
“We are fighting not only for our future but also for our past, present, and all of humanity,” said David Babayan.
The minister noted that the official position of Stepanakert regarding the resolution of the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict remains unchanged. Artsakh emphasizes the importance of a peaceful negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group with full participation of Artsakh.
