Photos: How the U.S. House of Representatives Delegation is Welcomed

Published photos show how the U.S. House of Representatives delegation was welcomed.

In the images, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, Congress members Jackie Speier and Anna Eshoo (both of whom have Armenian mothers), and Frank Pallone are seen at Yerevan's airport. They were greeted by Alen Simonian, the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament.

During their visit from September 17-19, Speaker Pelosi will meet with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonian, and other high-ranking officials to discuss U.S.-Armenia relations and the current security situation. Speaker Pelosi will also hold a press conference.
