Armenia's Ministry of Defense Confirms Transfer of Remains of 32 Soldiers by Baku

Aram Torosyan, spokesman for Armenia's Ministry of Defense, has confirmed to Armenian media that the remains of 32 fallen Armenian soldiers have been handed over by the Azerbaijani side.

Earlier, TASS reported on this matter.

"Baku has transferred the remains of 32 Armenian soldiers who were killed during the escalation at the border between September 12 and 14 to Yerevan," the website reported, citing Azerbaijan's state commission on prisoners of war, hostages, and missing persons.

It is noteworthy that, according to official data, the Armenian side has recorded 135 casualties, though this number is not final.
