Video: Commotion Erupts in Parliament After Gegham Manukyan's Speech
"Now is not the time to save Nikol; it is the time to save the homeland," stated Gegham Manukyan, the only opposition MP present during today's Parliament session, representing the "Armenia" faction. This declaration led to a commotion in the Parliament as MPs began insulting one another.
After concluding his speech, Manukyan demanded the publication of the names of all the fallen, adding that among the casualties are citizens conscripted for political purposes during the three-month rallies. Following this statement, Gegham Manukyan left the podium, but the tensions in the chamber did not subside. Hakob Arshakyan was compelled to announce a break.
