A Civilian Killed in Noravan Due to Azerbaijani Gunfire
A civilian has been killed in the Noravan community of the Syunik region due to Azerbaijani gunfire on September 14. This was reported by the community's administrative head, Slavik Papyan, in a conversation with News.am.
“The deceased resident is Gevorg Hayrapetyan, born in 1994. He had gone after the livestock in the afternoon when the incident occurred,” Papyan noted.
