Self-Defense Units Formed in Jermuk, Says Mayor

The mayor of Jermuk, Vahagn Arsenyan, has announced the formation of self-defense units in the city. According to the mayor, the units have expressed their readiness to join the soldiers stationed at the frontline.

“We have not left Jermuk for a single moment, and if necessary, we are all prepared to fight for our homeland, our land, and our water. I call on everyone not to ascend to the frontlines on their own initiative and to follow the instructions of the city hall and the Ministry of Defense,” he stated.
