80 Injured in Gegharkunik Province, Governor Reports
As a result of Azerbaijan's aggressive attacks, there are a total of 80 injured in the province, including civilians. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Gegharkunik Governor Karen Saroyan.
Karen Saroyan stated that the residents of the bordering villages in the province continue to remain in their communities, with only children being evacuated from some settlements.
The governor also noted that due to Azerbaijani military shelling in the border areas, grasslands are catching fire.
It is reminded that the Armenian Ministry of Defense issued a statement indicating that starting from 00:05 on September 13, Azerbaijani military units have begun intensive fire on Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk using artillery and large-caliber firearms. The enemy is also employing drones. There are casualties and injuries.
