Queen Elizabeth II's Health Seriously Declines as Royal Family Gathers at Balmoral Castle

Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom is under medical supervision. Doctors have expressed concern for her health, as reported by Sky News on Thursday, citing a statement from Buckingham Palace.

“Following this morning's assessment of Her Majesty’s health, doctors became concerned and advised Her Majesty to remain under medical supervision,” the channel quoted a portion of the statement.

“The Queen remains at Balmoral Castle and is comfortable there,” the document states.

UK Prime Minister Liz Truss has expressed concern regarding the Queen's health. “My thoughts and those of all British subjects are with Her Majesty and her family at this time,” Truss wrote on Twitter.

Sky News reports that Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, along with Princes William and Andrew, as well as Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, are also traveling to Balmoral, while Princess Anne has already arrived at the castle.

The Archbishop of Canterbury stated that the entire nation is now praying for the Queen. “My prayers and those of the whole nation are with Her Majesty today,” he said.
