Every year in September, with the start of the new academic year, families with schoolchildren in the Madan neighborhood of Alaverdi face a problem. There is no school in the neighborhood, and there is also no transport connecting Madan to the city center. This was reported by the TV company “Ankyun+3”.

The children are not going to school until the Lori Regional Administration, the Alaverdi Municipality, and the school resolve the transportation issue.

This academic year, the children of Madan went to school only on September 1 to receive their books. The next transport will take them to school starting from September 12.
