VIDEO. The Tavush Diocese Children's Choir to Perform with Queen's Guitarist
Queen's guitarist, writer of numerous hits, and recipient of the Stephen Hawking medal, Brian May is in Armenia. He has announced that today, September 7, he will perform with the Tavush Diocese's children and youth choir of the Armenian Apostolic Church. The musician specifically emphasized that performances with children are primarily about exchanging emotions rather than a strict focus on performance mastery.
“I didn’t want them to feel stressed, so I decided to make minimal changes during rehearsals. They shouldn’t feel pressure. As musicians, we will step out of our comfort zone during this concert, and that’s even good. We will be able to try things we would never attempt on other stages,” May said.
It is worth noting that about a month ago, the Tavush Diocese children’s choir shook the Armenian internet community by performing one of Queen's hit songs.
