Cameras Installed Near Pashinyan's Statue: 'Hraparak'
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that the head of Nikol Pashinyan's statue has been broken for the fifth time. This statue, which was transferred a few months ago from the Ijevan-Noyemberyan highway to the courtyard of a local church in order to provide a supposedly safer location, has once again fallen victim to vandalism.
However, local authorities and businessmen have become adept at repairing this statue, and by early morning yesterday, it had already been restored. Each time the statue of Nikol Pashinyan is vandalized, repairs are made with such speed that it seems as though the fate of the Armenian nation hangs in the balance on that statue.
According to our sources, several cameras have been installed near the statue to deter vandals and prevent further incidents.
