Metakse Hakobyan on the Secretary of the Security Council's Visit to Artsakh
“The absence of official visits indicates one thing: that the Armenian authorities no longer have any connection with Artsakh. To be honest, I cannot even say what the purpose of the visit to Artsakh by the Secretary of the Security Council was. Perhaps it was to touch on certain matters—gauge sentiments, or see for himself. I have also heard that the Prosecutor General came, along with two members of the ruling party,” stated Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the 'Justice' faction of the Artsakh National Assembly, during the 'Review' program, adding that the visits to Stepanakert on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Artsakh were more ceremonial: “So that later, when it is said that they did not come, it can be noted that two people were there.”
