Zatuliny Congratulates the People of Artsakh

Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Konstantin Zatuliny has congratulated the people of Artsakh on the occasion of Republic Day.

In his message, he stated, “I congratulate you on the occasion of the Republic holiday. I want to assure you that not indifferent people in Russia are in favor of peace and prosperity in Nagorno-Karabakh. Having fought alongside the indigenous people of Nagorno-Karabakh through numerous wars, and now participating in a special military operation in Ukraine, we feel the need for a world based on justice. Those who took up arms in previous years to defend their honor and dignity have the full right to self-determination. I pray to God that everyone understands this and treats the people of Nagorno-Karabakh with respect. I wish you and the republic peace, happiness, and well-being.”

It is noteworthy that today, September 2, marks the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh.
