Photos: Jalal Harutyunyan Attended Event with Papikyan; MoD Removed Images Following Investigative Committee Statement

While the Investigative Committee was preparing a statement regarding the charges against the head of the Ministry of Defense’s Military Supervision Service, Jalal Harutyunyan, who was the commander of the Artsakh Defense Army during the 44-day war, he attended a graduation ceremony for military educational institutions in 2022 with Defense Minister Suren Papikyan at the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University. Photos were published on the Ministry of Defense's website showing Jalal Harutyunyan standing next to Suren Papikyan. After the statement from the Investigative Committee, the photos were removed from the website.
