“I Still Need to Work on Myself” – Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin has admitted that he cannot call himself a very disciplined person and considers it necessary to work on himself. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“You know, I can’t say that I am the most disciplined; I still need to work on myself, this is quite obvious,” Putin said during an open class with students.
Putin noted that discipline is important for achieving success, but it is not enough on its own; internal motivation, a broad understanding of tasks and problems, as well as emotional readiness and responsibility are also necessary.
“All of this together should not leave aside another very important component that underlies success—a creative approach to solving the problems you face. Discipline and other qualities should not lead to a narrowing of thinking,” emphasized the president of the country.
According to him, accuracy in everything should not block the path of creativity; “you need to feel like a free person.”
“All of this together, in my opinion, will yield the desired result, success. This is the path to success. And, of course, hard work. All of this together is very important. Hard work is generally a separate talent... to motivate yourself to work and be able to do it effectively,” the Russian president noted.
