VIDEO: Turkish Couple Consumes Cognac and Insults Armenians; What Happened in Vedi Last Night

The Investigative Committee of Armenia confirms that the participants in the incident that took place in Vedi, Ararat Province at night were citizens of Turkey.

“The participants in the incident are Turkish citizens, a couple,” said Vardan Tadevosyan, spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, to the media.

He noted that materials are being prepared at the Investigative Committee, without disclosing further details.

Earlier, media had reported that an incident occurred in Vedi involving Turks during the night. The Turks organized a revelry at the Vedi train station, consumed cognac, and insulted Armenians.
