Danish Foreign Minister Calls Putin a 'Bloodied, Despicable Man'

Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod said on Thursday in Kyiv that Putin is a small man in every sense, and thus he cannot win the war against Ukraine.

“Putin and the Russian Federation will not win this war. They will be defeated. He is a small man both literally and metaphorically. All the hopes of this bloodied, despicable man have met the mass and inspiring struggle of the Ukrainians,” Kofod said, as reported by the BBC.

“We see how you defend your country. We see that you have thwarted Russia's plans. In the next phase, Russia will be definitively defeated, and Ukraine will emerge victorious. That is why we will continue to provide the necessary military equipment and ensure training for your soldiers,” Jeppe Kofod stated during a joint press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
