Man Who Killed His Wife and Stabbed Neighbors Commits Another Murder

A man, 46-year-old Zorik M. from the village of Arzakan in Kotayk Province, who previously killed his wife and stabbed two neighbors, has committed another murder. This information was reported by photographer Gagik Shamshyan.

According to the report, at around 08:45, the operational management center of the Armenian Police received a call that a man armed with a knife was attacking people in the village of Balakhovit, and there were injured individuals.

Before police and investigators arrived at the scene, the Abovyan Medical Center reported that at approximately 09:40, two individuals had been admitted to the hospital: one deceased and the other injured by a stabbing.

Police and investigators established that the deceased was 34-year-old Sos G. from Syunik Province, and the injured party was 32-year-old Arthur M. from the town of Hrazdan. Both were stabbed in the territory of a construction company located at 1st alley, 1st street in Balakhovit village.

Zorik M., a 46-year-old resident of Arzakan village, is being sought on suspicion of committing the murder and inflicting bodily harm. Law enforcement agencies are taking the necessary measures to locate him and the weapon used in the crime.

It is noteworthy that on August 27, a murder and attempted murder occurred in Kotayk Province when the 46-year-old man cut his 35-year-old wife's neck, then entered the bedroom of a neighboring couple through a window and inflicted knife wounds on them.
