Gas Supplies from Russia to Germany via 'Nord Stream' Completely Halted

Gas supplies from Russia to Germany via the 'Nord Stream' pipeline were completely halted on the morning of August 31. This was announced by the pipeline operator, 'Nord Stream AG'.

Earlier, the Russian gas giant 'Gazprom' warned that the only operational unit at the 'Portovaya' compressor station would be stopped from August 31 to September 2 for technical maintenance and planned repairs.
