Weapon Mistakenly Delivered to U.S. School

A high school in Delaware, USA, mistakenly received a box containing weapons. This was reported by nbcphiladelphia.com, citing a statement from the school administration.

The school had expected new textbooks to be delivered in time for the start of the new academic year. Inside the safe were .30 caliber M1 rifles, as well as several handguns.

After opening the unusual package, school staff immediately called the police, according to the record. During the investigation, it was determined that no criminal case would be initiated, as the weapons were sent to the school by mistake, and the handguns were meant to be delivered to a nearby collector who had purchased them legally.
