Video: Footage Released of Mi-8 Helicopter Hard Landing in Russia

Seven people were injured during the emergency landing of a Mi-8 helicopter in Yugra. According to sources from REN TV, four of them are in serious condition. The incident occurred 27 kilometers away from the village of Kayukovo. The aircraft belongs to Gorizont LLC, a reconnaissance company.

The cause of the emergency landing is under investigation. Investigators have already organized an inquiry into the incident. "The Interregional Investigative Department of the Transport Investigative Committee of Russia has arranged a field visit, and investigators and forensic experts have been dispatched to the scene," the Investigative Committee stated.

Earlier that day, sources reported that the Mi-8 helicopter had made an emergency landing near Surgut in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
