Dear Armenians of Artsakh, Don't Believe It: Hovhannisyan on New Panic-Inducing News in Artsakh

“Every month, a rumor is spread in Artsakh about new handovers or the resumption of war. I no longer understand who benefits from spreading these panic-inducing sentiments and false information. If this were only done by the enemy's propagandists, it would be understandable, but the troubling part is that ordinary Armenian residents are confidently discussing among themselves that this area will be handed over in a week, then that one, and so on.

Now, there is also a rumor circulating throughout Artsakh that supposedly in September, the handover of Ivanyan (Khojaly) and the Kurgjan district of Stepanakert will occur. There is no such thing, dear Armenians of Artsakh, do not believe all this nonsense and do not spread these rumors.”
