Video: Passenger Ship on Fire Off the Coast of the Philippines

A passenger ship has caught fire off the coast of the Philippines. At the time of the incident, there were 82 people on board, including 48 passengers and 34 crew members, according to local media reports.

Search and rescue operations are underway. No information has been provided regarding the cause of the fire.
