Video: Fire and Explosion in Stepanakert
A fire that broke out in one of the buildings in Stepanakert has led to an explosion. The circumstances are being clarified. This information was reported by the spokesperson of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs, Hunan Tadevosyan, who added that an official announcement will be made shortly.
First footage from the site of the explosion has surfaced online.
