The altercation took place during a court session at the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Central and Norq-Masa court, where the friends and supporters of the defendants Grigor Grigoryan and Grigor Petrosyan had gathered. Among them was Arthur, known in the criminal world by the nickname 'Faz'.

As Rustam Stepanian, more widely recognized as 'Chagh Rustam', was passing by on the street, mutual accusations were exchanged, which soon escalated into a brawl. Today, Shamshyan has released a video showing how a Mercedes with Russian license plates pulls up next to a group of individuals, leading to the argument and subsequent fight.

According to the source, the armored vehicle with Russian plates belongs to the notorious criminal figure 'Don Pippo', and it was being driven by Rustam Stepanian, aka 'Chagh Rustam'. The outlet reported that the police and investigative department are gathering information, confirming that the instigator of the brawl was 'Chagh Rustam', who had intentionally driven in that area several times, aware of the court proceedings taking place.

This provocation angered the individuals calmly standing in the courthouse yard. However, upon noticing that 'Chagh Rustam' continued his provocative actions, they approached him, leading to an exchange of insults. At that point, Rustam abandoned his companions and fled in the armored Mercedes.
