Vahagn Aleksanyan Dismissed from University: 'Hraparak'

One of the most scandalous members of the National Assembly's 'Civil Contract' faction, Vahagn Aleksanyan, has reportedly enrolled in a university but did not complete his studies. This is reported by 'Hraparak'.

"He was accepted in 2019 into the master's program in 'Law' at the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University, specializing in 'Constitutional Law, Theory of State and Law,' but did not graduate. We were informed that he was unable to pass the exams.

The Slavonic University confirmed this information, which is also reflected in his biography published in the National Assembly. It states that he was admitted, but there is no information regarding his graduation. We have in hand a document regarding Aleksanyan's dismissal from the university: 'Considering the academic debt accrued as of the summer examination period of the 2019-2020 academic year which was not cleared within the specified timeframe set by the university (12 or more academic credits), as well as the current academic debt from the winter examination period of the 2020-2021 academic year, I hereby order the expulsion of Vahagn Hovik Aleksanyan, a second-year student of the paid system of the master's program in 'Constitutional Law, Theory of State and Law'," wrote 'Hraparak'.
