Major Car Accident Occurred Recently: 6 Injured

Today, on August 22, a major car accident and fire took place in the Kotayk region. At approximately 8:50 AM, on the 3rd kilometer of the Yeghvard-Zovuni highway, in front of the 'Ani' dairy factory, Renault and Nissan vehicles collided.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, 6 individuals were transported with varying degrees of bodily injuries; some were taken to Armenia Hospital in Yerevan, while others were sent to healthcare facilities in Yeghvard.

The police and investigative department are determining the identities of the drivers and the injured parties.
