Last Farewell to Residents of Artsakh Who Died in Explosion: Beglaryan
Armenian State Minister Artak Beglaryan announced on his Facebook page: “As announced yesterday, a two-day mourning period has been declared in Artsakh today and tomorrow by the decree of the President of Artsakh, in memory of the individuals who lost their lives in the fire and explosion that occurred on August 14, 2022, at the ‘Yerevan Canning factory’ LLC.
In accordance with this decree and the laws on the ‘State Flag of the Republic of Artsakh’ and ‘Television and Radio,’ the flag of the Republic of Artsakh has been flown at half-mast in state and community institutions, and the broadcasting of advertisements and entertainment programs has been prohibited during the mourning days.
Today, we said our last farewell to Artsakh residents Erna Grigoryan and Harutyun Garakyan, who lost their lives in the explosion. May God enlighten the souls of all the victims of the ‘Surmalu’ shopping center explosion; patience to their loved ones.”
