A Man from Artsakh Came to ‘Surmalu’ for Shopping for His Store: Details About the Deceased Harutyun

The tragic explosion at the ‘Surmalu’ shopping center claimed the life of 35-year-old Harutyun Garakyan, who was from Stepanakert. He was married and had two children, a son and a daughter.

According to NEWS.am, Harutyun had a children’s store in Stepanakert and had come to the ‘Surmalu’ shopping center for shopping.

It should be noted that as of 10:00 AM on August 18, the explosion at the ‘Surmalu’ shopping center on August 14 resulted in 16 fatalities. The identities of 15 victims have been confirmed, while the identity of one individual is still being determined. One person is still missing. A total of 61 individuals were injured in the explosion, and 4 are currently receiving treatment in hospitals. Their health conditions are assessed as satisfactory.
