'My brother's kids and his pregnant wife are here, under the rubble. Since 7 AM we've been carrying stones by hand, asking for machinery. It's already 11 AM and nothing has come,' citizen Arayik Mkrtumyan addressed the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.

'Let the professional organizations do their work, your relatives are our relatives,' said David Hambaryan. In a conversation with reporters, the citizen stated that the Ministry of Emergency Situations is not working correctly: 'If they had entered on time and cleared the area, there might have been a solution to the issue.'

It is worth recalling that on August 14, at approximately 1:23 PM, an explosion occurred at the 'Surmalu' shopping center. A total of 185 rescuers are participating in firefighting and search operations, with 20 water tanks, 12 trucks, five tractors, three elevated cranes, and seven units of additional equipment from the Yerevan Municipality involved.

Rescue teams from Shirak and Tavush regions have also been dispatched to the scene.
