I Want to Thank Aliyev: Babayan

Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Davit Babayan posted on Facebook:

“Yesterday, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated in an interview that the Armenians living in Artsakh will not have any status, independence, or special privileges within Azerbaijan. Well, what can one say here? There is no point in delving into the details. Let me just say the following:

First, I want to thank Aliyev for his honesty. Indeed, neither Azerbaijan nor its leadership have ever concealed their plans regarding Artsakh. Secondly, Artsakh will have nothing within Azerbaijan, as it will not be Artsakh at all. Moreover, any status for Artsakh within Azerbaijan is unacceptable. How could the Jews ever have any administrative-territorial status in Nazi Germany?”
